There is quite a lot of confusion about exercises and whether it will make you taller but the easiest way to explain it is that the actual slimming effects of being fitter will make you look taller and these exercises will stretch your backbone so they do in fact make you taller as long as you keep up the work.

This is a really good exercise to stretch every joint in the body and especially the backbone. If you start off on a Yoga course and focus on the moves that stretch the back after a few weeks you can see an increase in your height.


This is not just a good exercise to grow taller but pretty much one of the best exercises that you can do for general fitness. Try to get swimming 3 times a week and if you do this in conjunction with Yoga you will see an increase in your height!
